(Boy, does that sounds weird after calling you Asara for so many years)...<br /><br />As someone who has lost around 50lb over the last four years (slowly but surely... and I really want to do the same again), I can tell you this:<br /><br />Exercise is the major key. You need to be doing it. Otherwise you're setting yourself up for the Big Bounce at the Bottom (which is Bad). Dieting is only good for maintaining your current weight.<br /><br />Exercise = faster metabolism = you burn more calories even when doing nothing. <br /><br />Undereating = slower metabolism = feeling sluggish and doing less even if you try = you burn fewer calories.<br /><br />All that said, grats on the 232!
